Building Activity in Feilding
MANY NEW DWELLINGS ERECTED. Building activity in Feilding over the past twelve months constituted something in the nature of a record and marked most strikingly the recovery from the years of depression. Actually twenty-nine new dwellings wero erected in tho borough while building permits issued for the twelve months ended December 31 number 67. The value of the work involved was £24,640. Already this month several permits have been issued for further building and it is expected that the new year will show an activity equal to that of ihe year just closed.
