Fascist Union Complains of Police Sergeant’s Action

The British Union of Fascists has complained to Sir Philip Game that a metropolitan police sergeant on January Ist requested Fascists to remove the armlet bearing the Fascist insignia. The Union contends that the sergeant’s action was illegal and as'cs Sir Philip Game to order a discontinuance, thus obviating the Union starting proceedings in the High Court to
“secure protection of personal trad; tion and liberties.”
Sir Philip Game, in response to another letter refused to institute a new test case regarding the legality of wearing a black shirt under a plain jacket.
