DUELLIST OFFERS PEACE.

TO CELEBRATE BIRTH OF DAUGHTER. Dr. Francis Sarga, who challenged nine men to duels, has offered, in the spirit of Christmas and to celebrate the birth of his first-born (a daughter), to forgive his traducers and withdraw ths remaining duelling challenges if apologies are offered, according to a cable message from Budapest in the Sydney “Sun.” He says the baby is a marvellous Christmas present, and is “just like me, with black eyes and hair.” Madame Sarga says she is glad the baby is not a boy, as he might have been a duellist. Dr. Sarga fought two of the duels, winning one, while the other was inconclusive.
