Pahiatua Sale
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Co., Ltd., reports on the weekly sale held on Tuesday when a fair yarding of sheep and dairy' cattle came forward. Sheep met with good competition. Sales were made at the following prices; Fat and forward 2-th wethers, 24s to 25s fid; shorn 6-th ewes, with 100 per cent. b.f. lambs, 20s (all counted); store 2-th wethers 22s fid; springing Jersey heifers, £4 15s to £5 ss.
