Sir James Parr Returns to Dominion
For Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 17. Sir James Parr, the former High Commissioner for New Zealand in London, is duo at Auckland to-morrow morning, and he will be accorded a civic reception in the Town Hall the following forenoon. Later Sir James will be the guest of honour at a luncheon given by the Auckland Grammar School Old Boys’ Association, when he will speak on international affairs.
