Search for Dutch Airmen
MISSING IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. PERTH, Oct. 2. An extensive aerial search yesterday of tho country near Kalgoorlio failed to reveal any sign of W. Rous and 11. Van Beekman, two Dutch airmen who have been missing since Wednesday morning. A land party has left Kalgoorlio to investigate a theory that tho aeroplane crashed where a lire was seen 60 miles from Kalgoorlio, and that, together with tho missing men, it was incinerated. Tho Dutchmen were making a holiday flight around Australia.
