Giant Footprints
Giant human footprints —22 inches long, 11 inches wide and imprinted six inches deep —aro terrifying the villagers near Silliguri, Bengal. They were discovered after one of the peasants swore he saw a giant. A huge figure, he said, loomed up before him in the darkness. He was so terrified that he fainted outright. Ho recovered and managed to get home to tell of his experience—but in three days he was dead. The villagers believo fright killed him. Determined to clear up the mystery, the dead man’s relatives and his neighbours went to the place 'where the giant had appeared. There they discovered a series of tremendous footprints—who or what made them no one knows.
