Y.M.C.A. COMPETITION,
The results of the Y’.M.C.A. interhouse basketball competition held last evening were as follows: — Ladies’ section: Public Service 36 v. ilopwood Hardware 8; ltosco 16 v. (j.Ai.R. 12; J. R. McKenzie’s IS v. Woolworths 10; F.D.C. 26 v. Rovers 10. Alen’s section: Berry’s 19 v. City Council B 4; G. and B.’s 6 v. City Council A 17; Gym. A 27 v. Gym. B 21. This last game was played in lieu of tho representative game which was to have been played against Wanganui, Ihe latter having been required to postpone the visit.
