Famous Golfers to Visit Hokowhitu To-day

Gene Sarazen, ex-world champion golfer, and Helen Hicks, American Ladies’ amateur champion, who are now visiting the Dominion, will play an exhibition match at the Hokowhitu links, Palmerston North, this afternoon, commencing at 1.30 p.m. The match will be followed by a lecture and demonstration. The opportunity of seeing these world-famous golfing stars in play affords a rare and hrilling experience to all those interested in the game. The gate charges are as advertised.

AERO CLUB. On Saturday a Stableford bogey competition was played and though conditions were not • ideal, the players thoroughly enjoyed the games. The final round of tho Rosco cup competitions will commence on Saturday and all cards must be returned by the 20th.
