Representative Basketball
WELLINGTON TO PLAY BUSH. The Bush Basketball Association’s A team will play the Wellington A team at Pahiatua on Saturday night, and the following B team will play the second Wellington team: — Goal: H. Kershaw (vice-captain), B. King, J. Petersen. Emergency, J. Patchett. Centre: M. Brown, A. Johnston, P, Harrison. Emergency, C. Austin. Defence: A. Mabey (captain), D. Wallis, L. Brown. Emergency, M. Morton. The team will wear Athletic uniforms. The Wellington girls will arrive bybus on Saturday afternoon. Some will be billeted out and the remainder will stay at hotels.
