Russia Ready With Army and Fleet
KNOCK TO POSSIBLE ATTACKER. LONDON, Aug. 10. “The Bed Army and the Pacific fleet are now ready to give an enemy a knock from which they will not soon recover if they attack Russia’s frontier,” says M. Krutof, President of the Soviet in the Par Eastern territory, according to the Daily Telegraph* o Moscow correspondent. He added that Bussia is spending £120,000,000 in the Par East this year, similar to sums which have been spent during the past three years.
