Amnesty for Austrian Prisoners
10,000 TO BE RELEASED. Received Thursday, 9.20 p.m. VIENNA, July 23. The amnesty announced last night will benefit 10,000 prisoners either imprisoned or awaiting trial, of whom about two-thirds are Nazis and the re tnainder Socialists. A number will De Jeleased to-day. Only 210 Nazis ano lv Socialists condemned for murder and ftlher serious charges will remain in gaol when the amnesty is fully carried out.
