Recruiting for German Army in Africa
DESPITE PUBLIC PROTESTS. LONDON, Juno 15. The "Morning Post’s" Johannesburg correspondent says recruiting for the German army in South-West Africa continues, despite public protests. Germans are instructed not to use the Government law courts, but submit disputes to a special Nazi Arbitration Tribunal. If contestants refuse to accept its decision, the papers are sent to Germany for final judgment., A flood of films, pamphlets and other propaganda are being widely distributed.
