Stud Sheep Breeders
Yesterday morning at the showgrounds a conference was held of stud sheep breeders representing the Wairarapa and Manawatu with the object of fixing dates for the respective district breeders ram sales. Mr. E. E. Short (Feilding) presided over a representative attendance of breeders and explained thaf the desire was to avoid a clashing of the annual fixtures. It was agreed that as the Manawatu breeders had the first sale this year that Wairarapa breeders should be first next year and the dates were agreed upon as follows: Wairarapa January 19, 193/* Manawatu January 20, 1937.
