NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER RE CONSOLIDATED SPECIAL RATE ON NON-CONVERTIBLE LOANS. pUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Kairanga County Council held on Tuesday, 10th day of March, 193 d, a resolution intended to operate as a Special Order was passed whereby the Council under the authority contained in Section 7 of the “Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Amendment Act, decided to make and levy a consolidated special rate of Four one-hundredths (4/lOOths) of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the County of Kairanga for the purpose of providing the interest, Sinking Fund, and other charges on certain loans raised from time to time over the security of certain special rating areas in the Kairanga County, and which were non-convertible under the provisions of the “Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33." The particular loans referred to, aggregating the sum of £10,141 4s are fully described in a Schedule to the resolution. A copy of the resolution is deposited at;' the office of the said Kairanga County Council, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, and is there open for inspection of the public during ordinary office hours from the 13th day of March, 1936, to the oth day of April, 1936. The resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at the office of the Council on Tuesday, the 7th day of April, 1936, at 12 noon.
