SINGLE-POOL BETTING The Cheviot Trotting Club’s annual meeting will be held to-day'. 1 airsized fields are carded and the singlepool system of betting will be in operation. Horses likely to be fancied are:— Trial Handicap: Chateau and Elite Eey. Domett Handicap (for trotters): San Michele and Sagamore. Cheviot Cup: Hidden Charm and Oversight. Mina Handicap: Royal Doulton and Elite Eey. Bollard Memorial Handicap: Southern Smile and Glorietta. Parnassus Handicap (for trotters): San Michele and Moerangi. Mackenzie Handicap: Golden Miller and Diversion.
