TWELVE ’QUAKES IN NINE MONTHS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copy rig lit. Received Tuesday, 7 p.m. QUETTA, Mar. IG. An earthquake shook the city but no damage is reported. This is the twelfth shock in Quetta since the disaster of June, 1935, but it docs not affect the Government’s decision to rebuild the city on the same site. India is passing through a severe phase of earthquake activity. Since 1927 there have been many severe earthquakes.
