The urgent need for establishing a research farm in the Motueka district for the purpose of carrying out researches into cultural methods and I disease control of tobacco, hops and I small fruits was stressed by Mr K. J. Holyoake, M.P., for Motueka, in an interview with the Minister for Scientific and Industrial Research.
