HEW GUINEA MURDERER ON TRIAL FOR THIRD TIME,
United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph*—Copyright. Received Monday, 10.40 p.m. RABATJL, Feb. 24. On a charge of the murder of a native near the headwaters of the Karawari river, a tributary of the Sepik river, Ludwig Schmidt was found guilty and sentenced to death. This is the second time this month Schmidt has been found guilty of wilful murder and sentenced to death and a third case is now proceeding.
