CAULFIELD FUTURITY WON BY REGULAR BACHELOB

Begular Bachelor scored a convincing win in the Futurity Stakes after Cuddle had appeared to have the race in her keeping. Cuddle, however, was responsible for a creditable effort as she came from last place to lead in the straight and she finished in front of soveral first-elass sprinters. Regular Bachelor is a Queenslander who previously has not given of his best when racing away from his home city, but his effort, on Saturday stamped him as a horse of great class.
