Feilding’s Gala King Carnival
POSTPONED ON ACCOUNT OF RAIN The Feilding gala king carnival committee, after much enthusiastic effort towards staging the entertainment it had in view, has been obliged owing to the vagaries of the weather to definitely postpone the carnival until March 4, when it is hoped the original programme will bo submitted for public approval. Each day heavy rain showers have fallen in Feilding, and yesterday was no exception since a particularly heavy downpour was experienced round about 4 p.m.
