Mr. Walsh Still Unwell
HEAVY WORK OF PAST FEW WEEKS. Although Mr J. A. Walsh, local secretary of so many of Pahiatua’s associations and . organisations was seen about town for several days, after the show yesterday ho was reported to again feeling unwell. Mr Walsh’s indisposition is due no doubt in a large measure to the increased amount of work he has been compelled to organise of late —there being the added responsibility of having to supervise all arrangements in connection with the Reeve-Nicol fight so as to Tun the fixture in conjunction with the show. Many farmers may thank Mr Walsh for his consideration in this respect. The arrangement enabled them to attend the fight in the evening after doing tho show fixture. It is to be hoped that Mr Walsh will be soon about, again and that his illness will prove nothing more than an overstrain occasioned by the extra amount cf work this busy man has been called upon to do over the past few weeks.
