On Monday evening next at eight o’clock, an organ recital will be given in all Saints’ Church by Mr J. Holmes Runnicles, who will be assisted by the choir of the church. Mr Runnicles will play four groups, tho first covering four centuries of English organ music, from Byrd to Parry. The second group will consist of music by Beethoven, Scarlatti and Haydn. In the third group Rachmaninotf’s “Mclodie in E” ludes will be played, and in the last group Rachmaninoff’s “Molodie in E” and Renaud’s “Finale in C.” The choir will sing ‘‘o Saviour of the World” and Tsehaikowsky’s “Hear, Lord.” An offertory will be taken up.
