A man who believes that he is the only survivor of Captain Scott’s 19911904 Antarctic expedition, Mr. W. f. Weller, has returned to Auckland from London, without having traced his only brother, whom he has been seeking. Ho ascertained that there Were so many step-brothers and stepsisters that he abandoned the search. Mr. Weller ran away to sea at the age of 10 when his mother died 50 years ago. His father, a retired superintendent of the London Fire Brigade, died five years ago, aged 95. He had been married five times aDd had a large family by each Wife.
