A Loudon cablo states that the All Black Page will play for London Scottish for the remainder of the season. Mr H. S. Barns, formerly sub-man-ager at Christchurch for Dalgcty and Coy., Ltd., and now manager for the firm’s branches in East Africa has, with Mrs Barns, arrived at Nairobi. Mr Barns is known to many in Palmerston North. Air F. L. Scrivener, formerly of Palmerston North and now the Auckland Education Board’s agricultural adviser for the Thames Valley and Bay of Plenty districts, who has been living in Paeroa for the past IS months, will leave at the end of this month to take up a position as agricultural master a! the Teachers’ Training College, Dunedin.
