Advice has been received from England that the Royal Humane Society has awarded its silver medal to Jone Draivnimasi, a 40-year-old Fijian, for attempting to save his nephew, Williame Uati, • aged 19, from the attack- of a barracuda, which, m Fijian waters, is a very savage fish.
