Magistrate’s Court Returns
QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER, 1935 The following return was supplied yesterday by the clerk of the Couit, Mr A. F, O. Clarke, covering amounts collected during the quarter ended December, 1935: — The number of plaints entered was 28 and the total amount sued for was £383 0s Id. The total of £306 6s 9d was claimed in cases disposed of during the quarter and the sum total recovered was £250 5s 9d. Civil fees collected totalled £4l 5s 6d, while criminal fees amounted to £6 17s. The sum of £37 0s 6d was collected in fines during the same period.
