More Rain Coming Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. An anti-cyclone of rather slight intensity covers New Zealand, but a complex depresson is advancing slow ly across the Tasman. Winds: Southerly at first over most of the. North Island, otlierwiso northerlies predominating and becoming strong later in and south of Cook (Strait. Seas (N.Z. waters): Slight or moderate at first, but rising about Foveaux Strait and later in Cook Strait area. Eastern Tasman: Northerly winds prevailing, moderate but freshening; seas smooth to moderate, but rising. Weather: Mild and at first fair oi fine; later clouding over and rain gradually developing in western districts.
