Serious disturbances arc feared in consequence of tho culling of a general strike for November 21. Lawyers will participate, refraining from appearing in any but criminal cases. Students declare that they will march through the bazaars and close all shops. Tho Arabic Press is ceasing publication as a protest against restrictions.
