Free Ambulance's Request Turned Down
TAKING OVER OF HOSPITAL SERVICE No action is to be taken by the Palmerston Norm Hospital Board in regard to the request of the Palmerston Nor h Free Ambulance that it should be permitted to take over the hospital ambulance service and should be given an annual grant.
The chairman (Mr. J. K. ll.ornblow) told the board yesterday that the executive had thoroughly investigated the request of the Free Ambulance and had decided to recommend that no further action be taken,
Without further comment, the meeting, on tne chairman's motion, unaui mously adopted the recommendation.
