Labours Plan for New Zealand
Air. M. .X. Savage, M.P., Leader of the Opposition, will address a meeting in the Empire Hall, to-night (Monday) at 8 p.m. Air. Savage will explain the Labour Party’s construction policy and deal fully with our major political and economic problems. lie will show tho futility' of our abundance of production if our money system is allowed to be based upon changing conditions in countries outside New Zealand; he will explode the fallacy that our standard of living depends on the price wc obtain on the world’s markets for our surplus, and prove that the success of our internal and external markets depends on the purchasing power of the people here in New Zealand. Palmerston electors are urged to attend this meeting and hear him expound his party’s policy for the economic reconstruction of the country',
