Milk Kept Fresh For Three Weeks

Theodore Iloiius, a Prussian chemist, has invented a process to -keep milk fresh by placing it in stainless. steel Containers and pumping in oxygen. Experiments carried out under the supervision of the Stato Hygcnic Institute were entirely successful. The milk, butter-milk and cream were quite fresh after three weeks. Hofius claims that tho time could be extended to two months.
