Rain Coming Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The last portion of the recent anticyclone is moving off tho North Island and a rather deep westerly depression is advancing on to Now Zealand, the pressure having fallen considerably iu the south. Winds: Moderate to strong northerly to north-westerly of gale force at places, especially south of New Plymouth and Castlepoint. Seas (New Zealand waters): Rough south of Cape Egmont and about Cook and Fovcaux Straits; elsewhere moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Strong north to west w'inds to gales with rough seas. Weather: Unsettled in the western and southern districts of the South Island with rain and some heavy falls in Westland.; elsewhere fair at first but cloud increasing generally and rain extending soon to the western and northern portions of the North Island. Temperatures mild in eastern districts.
