Fair to Fine Per Press Association. 'WELLINGTON, Last Night. An intense anti-cyclone centred east of the South Island has delayed the movement of a shallow cyclone located to the north-west of New Zealand. Winds: South-easterly in parts of the Cook Strait area, otherwise northeasterly to easterly still prevailing, moderato to strong in the North Island and of gale force at places in tho Far North, mainly light to moderate in the South Island. Seas (New Zealand waters): Rough north of East Capo and off tho west coast of the North Island; elsewhere moderate, but a considerable swell south of East Capo. Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate to fresh winds between north-cast and south-east with moderate seas. Weather: Still unsettled in the Auckland province and cloudy also in the East Coast districts with scattered rain, but further heavy falls likely in the Far North; elsewhere fair to fine.
