COCOANUT ROUGH CAKES
A very appropriate afternoon tea suggestion: Bub 2oz. butter into .1 breakfastcup flour, mix in fib- desiccate cocoanut, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 dessertspoons sugar. Mix into a stiff dough with milk. Add Steven’s “Cathedral Brand” Essence of Lemon for final flavour delicacy and bake 20 minutes, in small lots.
