From Our Own Correspondent. Rangitikei Golf Club. Radies of the above club played L.U.TJ; medal rounds on Thursday and the best performances were those of Airs Hendry (03, 15, 78), and Aliss C. Wilson (S 7,8, 70),' silver medal; Airs .1. S. Tricker (99, 25, 71), Aliss Palmer (JOii, 23, 77). Atiss D. Perrett (93, 21. 78). bronze; Miss 15. Pearce, C grade. Parewanui School Dance.

On Thursday, July 11, the Parewanui school committee will hold a monster euchre and dance in the Bulls town hall, and particulars relating to this popular fixture will be found in our advertising columns. There will be two orchestras playing old time and jazz music—Gedson’s and the Palmerston.’ North 'Mouth Organ Band (of three carloads). '. There, are to be special novelty dances and liberal prizes. He was a life member and vice president of the Rangitikei Racing Club, for which body lie did much good work despite the handicap of his bad health.
