Jockey's Disqualification
BROUGHTON TO APPEAL TOR REDUCTION OF TERM.
W. J. Broughton, who suffered one month’s disqualification U 3 the result of an incident in the two’-ycar-old race on the second day of the Pahiatua meeting, intends appealing to the Wellington District Committee for a reduction of the term to enable him to ride at Eoxton on Saturday. The period of suspension docs not expire till after Saturday.
