From Our Own Correspondent. Euchre and. Dance. Teh usual fortnightly euchre and dance was held in the school on Friday evening when quite a good muster of enthusiasts was present. After very enjoyable games the prizes were presented, the AVischnowsky family securing three quarters of the trophies. . The winners were: Dir. AA r . S. Page and Dlrs. E. AA’ischnowsky while the second prizes went to Dir. DI. AVischnowsky and Dlrs. AVischnowsky. As usual the needs of the dancers wero well catered for by Dlessrs. S. Williams and . AVischnowsky. Following the serving of supper the dancing was kept up until a late hour. These functions are always popular and it behoves all school supporters to rally round and attend them for tho good of the local youngsters. Rugby. Both the local teams were again successful on Saturday, the seniors registering a narrow victory over Toko-Stanway while the juniors defeated Dlarton Old Boys by 15 points to 3. Up to the present neither team has been beaten in Ah® competition and the Bengal and Raymond Cups remain the proud possessions of the club.
