DANNEVIRKE RACING CLUB ANNUAL MEETING The Dannevirke Racing Club’s annual meeting is to be held on Saturday and Monday, May 25 and 27, on the Woodville racecourse. The programme, which has been circulated and a generous response by owners and trainors on nomination night, Monday, May 13, is anticipated. There are to be seven races each day, with the Dannevirke Handicap and Hart gill’ Memorial a? the principal events. Other open races will be the Akitio Juvenile and "Weber Juvenile, both over five furlongs. The race secretary is Mr W. A. Lyon, secretary of the Woodville District Jockey Club.
