SUGGESTED MASS MEETING United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, April 26. Mr. H. !v. Halos, Conservative member for Hanley in the House of Com? mons, suggested a mass meeting in the Royal Albert Halil to welcome the many thousands of Australians and New Zealanders attending the Jubilee in rousing manner. He says it would bo a unique opportunity permitting the Australian and New Zealand Premiers and British Ministers to meet on the platform, thus proving that the Empire is not an abstract term, but a genuine boner of brotherhood.
