MR. COCHRAN’S ATTITUDE United Press Association.—By Electric , Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, March 1. Mr. Charles Cochran, dissenting from (ho managers’ agreement with Equity, to which ho was not a party, announces that he is abandoning plans to produce three plays requiring IS3 actors and actresses. Mr. Cochran says that the managers put themselves completely at the mercy of the actors.
