If no win for two years, four last performances must bo given. Protests must be Jnade in writing to I the Secretary or tho Judge or Judges, within fifteen minutes after tho race or chop in dispute, together with a deposit of five per cent, of tho amount of stake (minimum ss), which will bo forfeited if the protest is found to be frivolous or vexatious.
