POLICE SEEK IDENTITY. Do you recogniso tlxis young woman? If so, the Polico would appreciate your letting them know her name. She is the voung woman who was found murdered at Albury, N.S.W. on September 1, her body being partly burned, and hidden under a culvert. ■ Her features were almost unrecognisable but medical' men and police officials of N.S.W. collaborated to reproduce a waxen image which is said to be like the murdered woman. It is a photo of this reconstructed face that is reproduced above. Her age was between 24 and 2d years and she was single. Experts say her general appearance was more English or European than Australian. A small scar was discovered on the back of the right middle finger but it was her cars that attracted most attention. They are described as peculiar, there being very little, if any, lobe, giving them a distinctive and at the same time rather unpleasant shape. A well made woman, with rather large hands, she w - as about 5 feet in height. If the Police can discover her name it will be a big step toward finding the person who so foully murdered her and then tried to dispose of the evidence of the crime by burning.
