WORKING WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LAW United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 10 p.m. SAARBRUCKEN, Nov. 14. The memorandum denies that the German Front constitutes the Saar Nazi Party; it is merely a confederation of nil Saar Germans working for the territory’s return to the Reich within the scope of the law.
