ME. J. J. BELL, AUTHOR. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, Nov. 14. The death is announced of Mr John Joy Bell, journalist and author, at the age of 63. He is best remembered by his “Wee Macgregor” series of Scottish stories and sketches.
