A Record Pumpkin
Mr. George Cartwright, a corporation foreman, of Birkenhead, near Liverpool, has grown what is believed to bo the biggest'pumpkin ever produced in England.. It has a diameter of more than eighteen inches, stands a loot from tho ground, weighs lifty-six pounds, and is still growing. Last year’s all-England record pumpkin weighed forty pounds.
