Feilding Horticultural Society
FORTHCOMING FLOWER SHOW A meeting of tho committee of the Feilding Horticultural Society was hol'd on Tuesday night, when there were present Messrs G. J. Fitzpatrick, G. Kilvington, Fifield and A. F. Dowrick, and Mesdames Kilvington, Walpole and Ross, and Misses Matthews (2). Arrangements in connection with the forthcoming flower show wero discussed. Tho president and Messrs Cullinane and Lonev were appointed the finance committee of the society to control all expenditure. Mrs Milieu was appointed chief steward, Mrs Walpole to act as organiser in the meantime. It was announced that the judges appointed had accepted. Mrs C. E. Taylor, the Mayoress, is to be asked to officially open the show at 2.30 p.m. on the day. The president was asked to arrange a musical programme for the evening of tho show, in addition to some musical items for the afternoon.
