Plank (representative of the Post and Telegraph Department, who is to be permanent chairman), H. McKenzie Millar (representative of the Public Works Department), A. Gibbs (representative of the Broadcasting Board), and (x. Lauchlan (representative of the electrical supply authorities and clcctiic tramway promoters).
