Tho death of Colonel T. Jowsey, C.M.G., D. 5.0., occurred in the Waihi Hospital on Monday evening in his 815 rd year. Colonel Jowsey was bom in England and when a young man joined the Imperial Army. .Ho took a keon Interest in local affairs. Ho was a member of tho Waihi Borough Council and for some years had been a member of the Hospital Board. He is survived by a widow and one son.
