HEIFER FAIR AT CITY SHOWGROUNDS FEAV SALES EFFECTED The hoifer fair held at tho Showgrounds yesterday by the New Zealand

Loan and Mcrcautilo Company mot with moderate success, but as tlio demand ay as weak comparatively, few animals changed hands. Although the result was somewhat disappointing to vendors, the quality of the beasts presented was excellent. In the supplementary bull section, bidding was likewise quiet, as most dairymen have already procured sires for their herds.
